The Ezi-SERVOII-CL-60M-A is an innovative closed-loop stepping motor control system that overcomes the limitations of traditional open-loop steppers. By utilizing a high-resolution encoder (10,000 pulses/rev), it constantly monitors the current position to prevent step-out (loss of synchronization) while maintaining high torque and precision. This "60M" model features a 60mm flange size with a medium stack length, ideal for applications requiring a balance of compact size and substantial torque.
Closed Loop System: Continuously monitors motor position to eliminate step-loss, ensuring reliable positioning even under sudden load changes.
No Gain Tuning: Optimized control algorithms eliminate the need for tedious servo gain tuning, making it ready to run out of the box.
No Hunting: The motor holds a stable position without oscillation (hunting) after stopping, making it perfect for vision inspection and high-precision equipment.
