The EZI-SERVOII-CL-20M-F is the ultra-miniature "Medium" version of the NEMA 8 (20mm) closed-loop stepper motor series. With a body length of only 28mm, it is designed for the most space-critical applications where even NEMA 11 motors are too large. Despite its tiny size, it features a built-in "F" Type (4,000 PPR) optical encoder, providing precise closed-loop control for handheld instruments, micro-robotics, and optical adjusters.
Ultra-Miniature Footprint: Featuring a 20mm flange and a short 28mm length, this is the smallest motor in the series, enabling automation in confined spaces previously thought impossible.
Optimized Resolution: Equipped with the "F" Type encoder (4,000 pulses/revolution). This resolution provides 16,000 steps per revolution (in 4x mode), offering exceptional precision relative to the motor's size.
Closed Loop System: Prevents loss of synchronization (step-out) by monitoring position in real-time, ensuring the motor reaches its target even under load fluctuations.
No Hunting: Holds position perfectly steady without oscillation, which is critical for high-precision optical or sensor alignment tasks.
Efficient Drive: Utilizes the same advanced vector control as larger models to maximize torque and minimize heat, even in this miniature form factor.
