<Discription>

The EZI-STEP-BT-56M is the standard "Medium" model in the NEMA 23 (56mm) Ezi-STEP BT series. With a compact body length of 55mm, it offers a balanced holding torque of 1.0 N·m, making it the most versatile choice for general automation tasks. By integrating the motor and drive into a single unit, it eliminates the need for external drive wiring, saving valuable space in control panels while delivering high-precision control via its 32-bit MCU.

Optimized Performance: The Medium stack design delivers 1.0 N·m of holding torque, providing sufficient power for a wide range of applications such as belt drives, feeders, and labeling machines.

Space-Saving Integration: The high-performance drive is built directly onto the back of the motor, reducing wiring complexity and minimizing the overall footprint of the machine.

Vibration Suppression: Equipped with Software Damping technology, which detects and suppresses vibration at both low and high speeds, ensuring smooth motion without the need for a separate damper.

High Resolution: Capable of high-precision positioning with resolutions selectable from 500 up to 50,000 pulses per revolution (Default: 10,000 ppr).

Status Feedback: Features Run/Stop signal outputs and LED indicators (Power/Alarm), allowing the upper controller to monitor the motor status easily.
